We’ve been doing this for quite some time so we’ve pulled together some of the more common questions we get asked.
Unknown Golf is Licensed with the USGA® and provides a seamless handicap integration between our Platform and the USGA for retrieving a Player's Handicap and posting their Event Score. Unknown Golf does NOT calculate a non-USGA® Handicap but does provide the ability to manually set a Player's Handicap for an Event.
Go to your profile page in Unknown Golf and go to the billing tab. You can manage your subscription here.
When using quick play simply uncheck the auto post box. When building an event, at the event home page click on the post to USGA tab and select “delete all from USGA. Or go to player handicap and change the “post score to USGA” from “yes” to “no."
From your player portal, select the question mark at the top right of your screen. We are happy to help!
