How do I start my paid membership with advanced features and benefits?

To start your paid membership with all the benefits Unknown Golf has to offer, you will:

  1. Select Login or Sign up at the top of this page.
  2. Access your settings by clicking on the gear icon.
  3. Select the Billing tab
  4. Choose your membership (subscription) option
  5. Enter your billing information
  6. If you have a promotional code, enter it with your billing information.
How do I setup or edit my Profile and start using Unknown Golf?

If you received a welcome email from Unknown Golf, your club, or your community:

  1. Click the link at the bottom of the welcome email
  2. Follow the setup instructions using the email that received the welcome message

If you did not receive a welcome email from Unknown Golf, your club, or your community:

  1. You will update your profile here, on our website (not available in the app at this time).
  2. Choose Login at the top of this page if you have a membership.
  3. Choose Sign up at the top of this page if you don't yet have a membership.
  4. Access and update your profile including, your GHIN, birthdate, mobile number, and more.

How do I create a game in Unknown Golf?

To create a game right now, using the Create New Round feature.
Typically a group of four or five.

This feature is only available with paid memberships.

How do I create a community in Unknown Golf?

Communities are only available with paid memberships.

Unknown Golf communities provide a place for people to organize events, communicate efficiently, manage registrations, keep records, track season-long leaderboards, and much more. Whether for a Club MGA or LGA, a regular player group/league, a tour, or a golf trip, having an Unknown Golf community allows you to consolidate your players into a single place to run and track your games.

Please note that a community is required to use Ryder Cup or multi-round events. You cannot create these events using the Play Now feature.

How do I create side games in Unknown Golf?

Want to set up a few side games? It's a fantastic feature of Unknown Golf: Nassau, team best ball, Wolf, 9 Point, and many more. What's more, Unknown Golf will automatically settle your side games at the end of play, even offering built-in Venmo settlement!
